Data deletion
Social Intelligence Tools is a private operator tool. The following options revoke access and remove data associated with the connected Threads account.
Option 1: Revoke access through Meta
- Open Meta or Facebook settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find and remove Social Intelligence Tools.
This prevents the app from using the revoked Threads access token. Revocation alone may not erase previously stored analytics or publishing records.
Option 2: Request deletion
Email ops@loqman.dev with the subject Social Intelligence Tools data deletion. Include the connected Threads username or user ID so the records can be identified.
The operator will delete the stored access token, owned-account content cache, analytics snapshots, public-topic cache and operational records associated with that account, except records that must be retained for security or legal obligations. A confirmation will be sent after completion.
